With a high number of orders, the average manufacturing time is around 3 weeks. By choosing the “express manufacturing” option, the timeframe is reduced to 1 week.

In comparison to a flight case, a shock-proof cover is first and foremost much lighter (approximately 700/800g.) and much more easily manageable. Additionally, the space requirement of a cover is almost negligible, which is particularly advantageous during storage and transportation phases.

Each order is processed individually. Your cover is cut and sewn in our workshop located near Grenoble, France, where it receives the utmost care through handcrafted manufacturing.

Our experience and dimension processing system allow us to be confident in our manufacturing process. Therefore, you must ensure that the values you provide us are accurate. As our covers are custom-made items, returns are not possible for this type of product.

Absolutely ! Most damages to your ProtectAmp cover can be repaired in our workshop. Depending on the extent and location of the damage, we can either apply a patch or replace the affected panel (if it’s a side). The cost estimation for the repairs can usually be done remotely by simply sending us a couple of pictures.
